Yield Lab Europe Fund

LK Shields Solicitors LLP was pleased to act for Enterprise Ireland in connection with the enlargement of the Yield Lab Europe Fund by the admission of European Investment Fund managed funds in connection with its second closing which brought the overall commitments up to €50m.
Enterprise Ireland was the lead investor in the fund at first close.
The transaction was led by Emmet Scully within LK Shields.
