LK Shields advises long-standing client Oasis on its continued expansion programme

OASIS Group, the fastest growing records and information management (RIM) company across Europe, have confirmed the completion of six acquisitions that took place within the Netherlands, UK and Republic of Ireland markets.

Since November 7th, OASIS has secured the RIM business of Meta Archiefbewaarneming BV (Mierlo, the Netherlands), Anglian Archives, Ltd. (Norwich, UK) and EndEx Archives, Ltd. (Ipswich, UK). In addition, OASIS Group recently closed on the purchase of a records centre building located in Ashbourne, Ireland.

On December 9th, OASIS secured C21 Data Services Limited, the legacy Recall assets of Iron Mountain Incorporated located in Aberdeen and Dundee, Scotland and on December 13th, the RIM business of National Archive Records Management, Ltd. located in Limerick, Ireland. Continuously stating their plans for growth and expansion, this landmark purchase places OASIS in the Scottish market for the first time and confirms their efforts for expansion is on the forefront of their overall growth strategy.

Collectively this totals 25 acquisitions to date for OASIS Group.
