Ibec Networks in conjunction with Mazars are delighted to host a business seminar on the area of Succession Planning on Thursday 19th May at the Ibec offices.

Succession planning is key for all businesses to ensure the ongoing success of the business.  However, not having plans in place for passing on a business or for changes in key personnel, can create difficulties for the owner, the staff, and the business as a whole.

Speakers from Mazars and LK Shields (Emmet Scully) will join us on the 19th May to discuss corporate finance, taxation and legal considerations for succession planning.

The seminar will commence at 09.00am and conclude at 10.30am. Documentation will also be available on the day. Registration will begin at 08.30am and refreshments will be available.
