A joint venture of CLG Developments and
Balfour Beatty wins contract with Bord Gáis.

We acted for CLG Developments Limited in the establishment of a joint venture with the Balfour Beatty group. This joint venture has entered into a €400 million plus long term contract for the provision of supply, construction and maintenance services to the Bord Gáis network.

Philip Daly, Head of our Energy and Natural Resources Unit, led our transaction team and they were assisted by Susan Battye of our Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit.
