LK Shields Solicitors acted for Brachot-Hermant NV in the acquisition of the assets of Kilkenny Limestone Manufacturing Limited (in receivership). The assets were acquired in a receivership sale.

Brachot-Hermant NV is based in Belgium, and the controlling family owners are leading producers of natural stone, with operations in Belgium, the Netherlands, Norway, France, the United Kingdom, Poland, Germany, Italy, China, India, Brazil and South Africa.

The transaction completed on 3 November 2011.
