LK Shields Solicitors advised the shareholders of Done Deal Limited, owners of the DoneDeal.ie website, in the sale of a majority shareholding to Schibsted Classified Media AS.

Established in 2005, Irish company Done Deal Limited is a market leading classified website. Schibsted Media Group is one of the largest classified advertising groups in the world.

The transaction was lead by Emmet Scully, Head of the Business Department with assistance from Deirdre Kilroy, head of the Intellectual Property and Technology Unit and Jennifer McGuire, Associate Solicitor in the Business Department.
