We acted for Dutch weather forecasting company,
MeteoGroup Limited (a subsidiary of the Press Association
in the UK), in the acquisition of Irish meteorological services company, Nowcasting International Limited, based
in Co. Clare, Ireland.

The transaction was led by Gerry Halpenny with the assistance of Zelda Deasy, both of the Business Department, and also
of Ray Gilmartin of the Commercial Property Department.
