LK Shields Solicitors are acting on behalf of Chevron Global Energy Inc in connection with the sale of Chevron (Ireland) Limited.

It is being sold as part of the sale of Chevron Limited, the entity which owns the Pembroke Refinery in the UK as well as Chevron's fuel marketing and aviation business in the United Kingdom and Ireland, to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the US energy company Valero Energy Corporation.

The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals.
