We acted for Parc Aviation Limited, an Oxford Aviation Academy company, in the acquisition of SGI Aviation Limited,
a Dublin based provider of CAMO and Part 21 DOA services, from SGI Aviation Services Limited.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
