LK Shields Solicitors acted for Egis in relation to the acquisition through its company, Egis Road Operation S.A, from NTR Plc of NTR's shareholding in operation and maintenance companies, Northlink M1 Limited (Dundalk), South-Link N25 Limited (Waterford) and Mid-link M7/M8 Limited (Portlaoise) and of Firstroute Limited.

The transaction completed on 6 January 2011.
