Management Buyout of ebm-papst Limited

We acted for the management team in the recent management buyout of ebm-papst Limited (the Company),
a manufacturer of fan and motor products, from its parent company ebm-papst Inc.

Following the management buyout the Company changed its name to AuBren Limited.

Our team was led by Emmet Scully, Partner and Head of the Business Department, with assistance from Brian Allen, Associate Solicitor in our Business Department.
