Molana Limited:
Acquisition of Residence, a Private Members' Club.

We acted for Olivia Gaynor Long in her recent acquisition of the private members' club known as Residence that is located at 41 Saint Stephen's Green, Dublin.

The business was acquired through an acquisition vehicle, Molana Limited, from the receiver of Missford Limited.
