LK Shields Solicitors acted for Robert Power in connection with his recent investment in Image Publications Limited.

Image Publications publish Image magazine, Image Interiors and Garden Heaven as well as a number of other publications including Great Irish Houses. Robert has also been appointed as a Director.

Kevin Kelly, the founding publisher, retired from Image Publications Limited. The recent investment also saw Managing Director, Richard Power, take an equity stake in Image Publications Limited. Ann Reihill remains as a shareholder and Director and Patrick Dillon-Malone will continue as a Director.
