LK Shields acted in connection with the disposal of a majority interest in OMAC Global Media Limited, to GameStop Corporation, the world's largest video game retailer, in a multimillion-euro deal.

OMAC is a Dublin-based developer of video games and entertainment software with operations in Dublin, Los Angeles and Delhi. The transaction included Jolt Online Gaming and its portfolio of successful browser games. Jolt has recently signed deals with a number of games publishers around the world.
