Investment in Terminalfour
LK Shields Solicitors acted for Terminalfour in connection with
an investment of €1.6m from the Ulster Bank Diageo Venture Fund,
managed by NCB Ventures, and the AIB Seed Capital Fund, managed
by the Dublin Business Innovation Centre (DBIC), together with grant
aid from Enterprise Ireland.
Terminalfour provides web content management technology to universities,
public sector bodies and multinationals. It currently has over 200
customers throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe. It says it now
plans to expand beyond Europe and capitalise on growing sales opportunities
in North America.
