TOP Oil Awarded NRA PPP Contract

LK Shields Solicitors acted for TOP Oil, which together with their consortium partners, Applegreen and Pierse Contracting, were awarded the Public Private Partnership (PPP) contract to design, build and operate three motorway service areas by
the National Roads Authority (NRA) on the M1 and M4.

The transaction team at LK Shields Solicitors was led by
