LK Shields Solicitors acted for OASIS Group and its shareholders in the recent acquisition of a majority shareholding in Oasis Group by Housatonic Partners and Sverica International and other US investors.

The transaction completed on 15 May 2009 and was financed by way of equity and bank funding.
