ISS Ireland Limited
We acted in the purchase by ISS of the man guarding services division
of Chubb.
The acquisition of Chubb Security Personnel Ireland Limited installed
ISS as the third largest provider of man guarding services in the
Irish market.
The team included Philip
Daly, Partner, and Ruairķ
Mulrean, Associate, both of the Business
Department, along with Gillian
Dully, Associate in the Employment,
Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit.
