We acted for HomeNet Communications Limited advising on a funding round by Enterprise Equity Investment Fund Limited including dealing with existing shareholders, Enterprise Equity Investment Fund Limited, Shannon Free Airport Development Company Limited, Eircom Enterprise Fund Limited, ICC Enterprise Partners Limited and Bank of Scotland Ireland Limited and a number of private investors led by Damien
O’ Malley.
