We acted for Belmore Resources Holdings Plc and Belmore Resources Limited.

Belmore Resources Limited has entered into an agreement with Lundin Mining Exploration Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Lundin Mining Corporation) pursuant to which Lundin has a right to earn up to a 70% interest in the prospecting licenses that Belmore currently holds in Co. Clare by expending up to €14.7m over a number of years.

In addition Belmore Resources Holdings Plc completed a placing of 1,000,000 shares at €0.10 per share with Lundin Mining Corporation Limited.

Belmore Resources Holding Plc is a PLUS markets listed company in London with the ticker BEL:PZ.
