LK Shields Solicitors is acting for its long standing client, Communicorp Group Limited, in the sale of Highland Radio to Orangold Limited.

Communicorp previously acquired Highland Radio and
Emap plc's other Irish radio assets, being Today FM and FM104.

Completion of this transaction is subject to approval from the Broadcasting Commission of Ireland (BCI).

Gerry Halpenny, a Partner in the Business Department, led the transaction together with assistance from Jennifer McGuire, an Associate in the Business Department.
