We acted for the shareholders of Apex Fire Limited, an Irish fire protection company, upon the sale of the entire share capital of Apex Fire in a multimillion Euro deal.

Apex Fire is the leading Irish company in its area providing and servicing fire protection and detection equipment and systems in Ireland since 1977 with offices in Dublin and Cork.

The company was bought by a fire protection equipment manufacturer, Moyne Roberts (Ireland) Limited based in Cavan for an undisclosed sum.

Emmet Scully, Partner in the Business Department, led the transaction.
