LK Shields Solicitors acted for the management of the meats division of Glanbia plc which has bought out the business. The business is the largest pig meat processing business in the country with in excess of 850 employees, 3 large processing plants and 6 farms.

John Olden, Partner, led the transaction with the assistance of colleagues in the Business Department and in other departments and units.
