LK Shields Solicitors were involved in the share acquisition of Four Star Pizza Group and since then have been instructed by Four Star Pizza in various property transactions.

We have been acting on behalf of Four Star Pizza Ireland Limited in the negotiation of commercial leases of new premises within County Dublin and nationally.

Four Star Pizza has also instructed us in connection with arrangements for franchisees to operate the stores around the country. This work involves the creation and negotiation of
sub leases of the relevant premises and also preparation and advice relating to bespoke franchise agreements.
