ASSET InterTech Inc., a US based software company, acquired the entire share capital of Spincrest Limited, the holding company of Teicneolaiocht Tastala Idirnaisuinta Teoranta (trading as ITT).

ITT is a software company involved in the development, manufacture, licensing and sale of electronic test equipment and related test software.

This is ASSET's first acquisition in Ireland.
