Four million euro has been invested in Novate Medical Limited by Act Venture Capital, Seroba Bioventures and Enterprise Ireland.

Novate Medical was advised by LK Shields Solicitors in this multi party investment. Philip Daly, a Partner in the Business Department, led the team with the assistance of Deirdre Kilroy, Head of Intellectual Property and Technology Unit.

The founders of Novate Medical Limited also founded MedNova Limited. Philip Daly previously acted as Irish legal adviser for MedNova, including acting for MedNova in its sale to Abbott Laboratories in 2005.
