LK Shields Solicitors has acted for the Purchaser along with Hammonds (in the UK) in relation to the acquisition of a group of companies operating a chain of herbal medicine and acupuncture outlets in the UK and Ireland.

The deal is valued at approximately €6m.

The team at LK Shields Solicitors was led by Richard Curran, Partner in the Business Department, with the assistance of Associate Seanna McGrann. Associates from the Commercial Property Department, Intellectual Property and Technology Unit and the Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit also assisted with this acquisition.
