LK Shields Solicitors acted for One 51 in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Protech Performance Plastics Limited, an Irish limited liability company based in County Cork for an undisclosed figure.

The acquisition of this injection moulding company was conducted simultaneously with the acquisition of Enplast Limited (a polypropylene sheeting/extrusion moulding company) as part of the expansion of One 51's growing plastics division.

This transaction was led by Emmet Scully, Partner in the Business Department.
