LK Shields Solicitors acted for One 51 in the acquisition of the entire share capital of Enplast Limited, an Irish limited liability company based in County Longford, for an undisclosed figure.

The acquisition of this polypropylene sheeting company was conducted simultaneously with the acquisition of Protech Performance Plastics Limited (an injection moulding company) as part of the expansion of One 51's growing plastics division.
