LK Shields Solicitors have recently acted in the purchase of 102/103 and 104 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, for Mr. David Daly, the well-known Dublin property developer.

The properties are occupied by the popular fashion retailers River Island and Wallis.

The transaction has been reported in the press as being valued at in excess of €110,000,000, and that it represents the largest retail investment transaction to date on Grafton Street, Dublin's premier shopping street.
