We acted for the Purchasers in the acquisition of Café Togo Limited and each of its subsidiaries, Togo Manufacturing Limited and Café Togo (Sandyford) Limited.

Gerry Halpenny, a Partner in the Business Department, led the Purchaser's team, acting on behalf of a number of individual investors. He was assisted by Zelda Deasy, an Associate in the Business Department.

Philip Daly, a Partner in the Business Department acted on behalf of a number of management investors.
