LK Shields Solicitors acted for the Vendors in the sale of the entire issued share capital of the Ovation Group by MCI Group Holdings SA.

The Ovation Group specialises in conference, event and destination management and has merged with MCI, a global association, communications and event management organisation.

Gerry Halpenny, a Partner in the Business Department, led this transaction and was assisted by Zelda Deasy, an Associate in the Business Department.
