LK Shields Solicitors acted for DemonWare in the sale of the entire issued share capital of Demonware Limited (DemonWare) to Activision Publishing Inc, (Activision), a NASDAQ quoted company.

DemonWare is a leading provider of network middleware technologies for console and PC games. Under the terms of the sale to Activision, it has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision and the company's management team and key employees signed long-term employment contracts with Activision. DemonWare will continue to be headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, with offices in Vancouver, B.C.
