In August this year we won the mandate to advise Aer Lingus pilots to establish a trust to enable them to participate in the flotation of Aer Lingus. On 23 October, 2006 Tailwind was used by the pilots in Aer Lingus to buy a further 1.2% shareholding in the company.

Tailwind is run by a Management Committee consisting of Capt. Evan Cullen, Capt. Michael McLoughlin and FO David Coolican.

Tailwind is not associated with Aer Lingus, the Aer Lingus ESOT or the Aer Lingus Pilots’ Pension Fund.
