LK Shields Solicitors acted as legal advisers to Sorne Wind Limited in the negotiation of the €35,300,000 Senior and Mezzanine debt facilities arranged and underwritten by KBC Bank NV and IIB Bank along with an equity injection by the European sector-focused private equity providers, Hg Capital, in Sorne Wind Limited for the development and construction of a 32MW Sorne Hill wind farm in County Donegal, Ireland.
