Voluntary Strike Off: An Update.
The Companies Registration Office (CRO) has decided to remove one
of the requirements in relation to applications for voluntary strike
off that it introduced
earlier this year. See also our update
from April 2011 on these changes.

Owner Management Companies – Corporate

control and completion of the common areas within these developments.
The Multi-Unit Developments Act 2011 was introduced to address the
lack of regulation in this area.

Allotments of Shares and the Rectification
of Errors with the CRO.
Where certain companies allot shares, they must file a Return of
Allotments (Form B5)
in the Companies Registration Office (CRO). This return will detail
the persons receiving the shares, the number of shares issued and
the consideration paid for those shares. Problems can arise where
a Form B5 is filed in the CRO with an error on it...
