New Faces at the Firm

Niamh Hackett

Niamh recently qualified as a Solicitor having completed her traineeship with the firm. Niamh is an Associate in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department where she advises on all aspects of commercial litigation with particular experience in construction disputes, the prosecution and defence of professional negligence claims and company and tax related criminal law.

Shane Neville

Shane recently qualified as a Solicitor having completed his traineeship with the firm. Shane is an Associate Solicitor in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department where he advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular emphasis on the defence of professional indemnity and insurance claims.

Dawn Byrne

Dawn recently joined us as a Company Secretary in our Company Secretarial and Compliance Unit having previously worked in the Corporate Legal Advisory Services department in KPMG Dublin. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Business (Honours) from the Institute of Technology Tallaght and is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She advises on a wide range of company secretarial matters including company formations, change of name applications, changes in share capital, winding up applications and annual compliance.

Andrew Gill

Andrew recently qualified as a Solicitor having completed his traineeship with the firm. Andrew is an associate solicitor in our Banking and Financial Services Unit. He advises on banking and financial services law and regulation and company and commercial law. In particular he specialises in investment funds, hedge funds, debt structures, EU financial directives and secured lending transactions

Linda Scanlon

Linda recently qualified as a Solicitor and has been with the firm since she began her traineeship in 2006. Linda is an Associate in our Commercial Property Department where she advises on all aspects of commercial property including the negotiation of leases of both office and retail space, the purchase and sale of residential property as well as negotiating licence agreements on behalf of a leading telecommunications company.
