Tribunals of Inquiry:
Representations before and advice in relation to

In recent years the Irish Parliament has established a number of tribunals for the purpose of inquiring into various matters deemed to be of urgent public importance. The matters currently being inquired into, by separate tribunals, include matters such as alleged payments to Irish politicians, alleged corruption in the planning process and the circumstances in which a number of citizens were infected with blood products. To date the tribunals have conducted their initial inquiries in private. Once their private inquiries have concluded public hearings commence. We have considerable experience representing corporate and individual clients in all aspects of the tribunal process.
