We have experience representing corporate and private clients in cases where public bodies, including semi-state bodies, purport to act outside their jurisdiction or fail to do what they are legally required to do.

In addition to acting to assert the rights of a client, we act to protect all of our client's rights, when a decision made to the benefit of our client is being challenged by another party.

We have successfully presented a number of applications for judicial review before the High Court.
