Tracy is a Partner in the Business
Department and is a member of the Banking
and Financial Services Group.
Tracy specialises in mutual funds and acts for and advises
a number of international fund promoters on the legal and
regulatory issues associated with the establishment and operation
of investment funds in Ireland. Tracy also acts for and advises
investment companies, fund administrators, custodians and
investment managers in relation to their obligations under
financial services regulation.
Tracy also advises on general company and commercial law.
