Ray is a Partner and Head of the Commercial
Property Department.
He has many years of experience in advising individuals, companies
and banks on matters relating to commercial property, including
industrial developments, shopping centre developments and housing
and apartment developments.
Ray has a great deal of experience in advising landlords and
tenants on the negotiation of leases of commercial property.
He is also experienced in the negotiation of land leases, wayleaves
and option agreements for wind farm developments. |
