Jennifer is a Partner in the Litigation
and Dispute Resolution Department and has been with the
firm since she began her traineeship in 1998. Jennifer advises
on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution
and is a member of the firm's
Employment Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit. Jennifer
acts in contentious employment matters and has represented
both employers and employees in claims brought before the
Irish Courts and Tribunals.
Jennifer advises on many aspects of general and commercial
litigation and dispute resolution and has particular expertise
in professional negligence claims defending solicitors, architects
and engineers.
Jennifer has acted in a number of high value and complex
debt-recovery claims before the Commercial Court. She adopts
a commercial and innovative approach to such claims.
Jennifer also has particular expertise in advising licensed
property owners and frequently advises on all aspects of the
law relating to licensed properties. Jennifer represents clients
in applications before the District and Circuit Court in relation
to the very many licences granted pursuant to the Intoxicating
Liquor Acts 1833 to 2008.
