Jill is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Jill advises on all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with particular experience in company law. Jill is also a member of the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Unit of the firm. She has extensive experience in advising liquidators, receivers, creditors and company directors in relation to all aspects of insolvency.
