Aoife is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department and is a member of the firm’s Employment, Pensions and Employee Benefit’s Unit. Aoife has considerable experience in all aspects of general commercial litigation and employment law issues, both contentious and non-contentious. Aoife regularly assists clients in developing risk management strategies in respect of employment and litigation issues. She has extensive experience drafting employment contracts, agreements and HR policies and procedures. She also provides ongoing support to HR Managers in relation to internal reorganisations and rationalisations, terminations and audits of employment related documents. Aoife has acted in many employment related disputes including disputes involving high level executives.

Aoife is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on employment issues and frequently writes articles on a wide range of topical employment law related matters.
