Zelda is an Associate Solicitor in the Business
Department and has worked with LK Shields Solicitors since
she began her apprenticeship in 2002.
Zelda's main practice area is corporate and commercial law,
to include mergers and acquisitions. She has been involved
in a wide variety of transactions and has advised clients
operating in a broad range of industry sectors both in Ireland
and overseas.
Zelda has experience in Employment Law and completed the
Diploma in Employment Law in UCD in 2006. She provides employment
advice to clients in the context of acquisitions.
Zelda has an interest in environmental law and is a member
of the Environmental Unit at LK Shields Solicitors.

Professional Information
Zelda was a member of the Law Society of Ireland team that represented
Ireland in the International Jessup Moot Court Competition held
in Washington D.C. in 2004.
Zelda has worked in house for periods of secondment with a number
of clients including a venture capital firm in Dublin in the early
stages of its inception and for a period as legal adviser to a client
in Beijing, China.
