Seanna was trained with LK Shields Solicitors, qualified as a Solicitor in 2006 and works in the Business Department.

She practises in company and commercial law and has experience in a wide range of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, venture capital and private equity transactions and joint ventures and shareholder agreements.

Seanna has worked with both international and domestic clients of all sizes in various sectors including the technology, publishing and retail sectors. Seanna also has particular experience acting for early stage companies in relation to Enterprise Ireland and BES investments.

Seanna also advises on sea fishing boat registration and licensing matters.
