Susan is an Associate Solicitor in the Litigation
and Dispute Resolution Department and is a member of the
firm's Employment,
Pensions and Employee Benefit's Unit.
She advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment
issues. This includes: advising on redundancies and representing
clients in contentious employment disputes before Rights Commissioners,
the EAT and the civil courts; advising on a broad spectrum
of compliance issues, such as transfer of undertakings, drafting
employment contracts and severance agreements, grievance and
disciplinary procedures, staff handbooks, and codes of conduct.
Susan has also dealt with a wide variety of commercial litigation
matters.
