Rachel is an Associate Solicitor in the Business Department and is a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Unit.

Rachel is qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland and in the UK. She has experience working for many leading UK, Irish and multinational companies, advising on a wide range of commercial matters.

She advises on all areas of commercial contract law and has a particular focus on advising clients in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and IT sectors.

She has particular experience in drafting IP licences, collaboration, commercialisation, development, manufacture and distribution agreements for biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

Rachel also has considerable experience in drafting IT agreements for both public and private sectors, such as product development and customisation services, agreements for the supply of hardware/software systems and support services, and agreements for the distribution of IT systems.
