Ronan is an Associate Solicitor in the Business Department and
a member of the Banking and Financial Services Group.

He advises on banking and financial services law, investment intermediary regulation and company and commercial law. He also advises investment companies, fund administrators, custodians and investment managers in relation to their obligations under financial services regulations. Ronan also acts for a number of international financial institutions with respect to their asset and structured finance programmes in Ireland.
