Kate qualified as a solicitor in early 2008 having completed
the traineeship program at LK Shields Solicitors and is an
Associate in the Litigation
and Dispute Resolution Department. Kate advises on many
aspects of general and commercial litigation and dispute resolution
and she has particular experience in defending professional
negligence claims and dealing with matters before the Commercial
Court.
Kate is also a member of the Employment,
Pensions and Employee Benefits Unit.
